The trauma therapy is a life saver for me especially during such trying times. It became a solace that I look forward to every week. The classes made me more aware and connected to my feelings and what are my triggers which in turn give me the ability to manage my emotions better. Definitely highly recommended for anyone seeking self healing or inner peace when going through any challenges in life.

Been attending yoga classes on and off for 5 years at various locations- classes at Bliss Shala is most enjoyable thusfar.
Sessions with Krisa touched on a wide spectrum in yoga (use of smell, props, sound ie.) and are tailored to the small class size unlike mainstream yoga centers.
Classes are very well planned and themed each time. Krisa gives good instruction to get into the poses. I felt more centered after the last session.
Location is also accessible and comfortable. Highly recommended.
