Our approach to prenatal yoga in Singapore focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness and restorative practices that support your changing body. These sessions can help ease physical discomfort, reduce stress and create meaningful moments of connection with your baby.

All our instructors are trained in the trauma sensitive approach to prioritise your safety, autonomy and empowerment, so you feel comfortable and respected to move at your own pace during each practice.

Prenatal Massage

Post Natal massage

Postnatal Massages help to restore your body especially your womb and back. It also releases emotional stress and lactic toxicity. This is done at your own home. Packages are available upon requests.
