Drawing from the rich tapestry of yoga lineages such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga practices in Singapore and Traditional Hatha and Iyengar in India, these specialised classes offer a unified and holistic approach to wellness, satisfying different needs.

Each semi-private group class integrates trauma-sensitive principles and tailors each practice to individual needs, fostering a supportive environment where students can explore yoga practice at their own pace.
