Prenatal yoga is an opportunity for you to take time out of your busy schedule to bond with your bump in Singapore. It’s an undisturbed time to experience a growing baby within you. While you practice uniting breath with postures (asanas) it creates a moment of mindful connection with you and your baby within.
Classes are kept small to only 7 mummies and will vary almost week by week to suit the development of your baby to maximise healthy development.

Post Natal massage
Postnatal Massages help to restore your body especially your womb and back. It also releases emotional stress and lactic toxicity. This is done at your own home. Packages are available upon requests.
